ABOUT VIRILLI

From structure to finish.

DESIGN. MANUFACTURE. SUPPLY.

Virilli brings together specialist manufacturing, material expertise and international supply to deliver the elements that shape exceptional spaces — from first-fix materials and architectural components to bespoke joinery, kitchens, lighting, stone and complete interior packages.

MORE THAN A SUPPLIER

One partner. An entire project.

Virilli was created around a simple idea: the products required to build an exceptional property should not have to be sourced through dozens of disconnected suppliers.

Our capability spans the construction and interior process — from the materials hidden behind the finished surface to the bespoke pieces that ultimately define the space.

We collaborate with developers, architects, interior designers, contractors and private clients, providing individual products or coordinating extensive multi-category packages.

Design intent, manufacturing, material selection, quality and logistics are considered together from the outset.

Bespoke cabinetry — the specification behind the finished surface

Our role extends far beyond sourcing finished products.

Virilli combines design understanding, manufacturing capability, specialist factories, material expertise, procurement, quality control and international logistics. We can develop, manufacture, coordinate and supply an individual product or an extensive multi-category package.

THE COMPLETE MATERIAL PALETTE / 01

Before the finished surface.

Our involvement can begin long before the decorative finishes are installed. Structural and specialist materials are coordinated alongside the architectural and interior packages they support.

From raw material to finished panel, we work directly with manufacturing to control specification, consistency and quality.

BESPOKE MEANS BESPOKE

Designed without limitation.

Not every project begins with a product. Sometimes it begins with a sketch, a reference image, a material, a detail or an idea that does not yet exist.

Virilli works with specialist manufacturing partners to develop bespoke solutions around the requirements of each project. Dimensions, materials, finishes, detailing, hardware and functionality can all be developed around the design intent.

From a single bespoke light fitting to an entire joinery package, the objective remains the same: manufacture the right product for the space rather than adapt the space to an existing product.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

From concept to manufacture.

We work from architectural and interior-design drawings, technical specifications, material samples, reference imagery and client concepts — including existing products requiring bespoke adaptation.

01 / CONCEPT

Architectural drawings, an interior concept or an initial brief establishes the design intent.

02 / SPECIFICATION

Materials, dimensions, finishes, hardware and performance requirements are considered together.

03 / SAMPLING

Material samples and finish references help define the character of the finished piece.

04 / TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT

The design is developed into the detail required for manufacture.

05 / MANUFACTURE

Specialist manufacturing expertise is matched to the product and discipline.

06 / QUALITY CONTROL

Production is assessed against the agreed specification and approved detail.

07 / LOGISTICS

Packaging, consolidation, freight and shipping are coordinated as part of the project.

08 / DELIVERY

The individual piece or coordinated package is delivered around the requirements of the project.

SPECIALISTS MAKE SPECIALIST THINGS

Closer to the making.

Our strength comes from direct engagement with specialist manufacturing, rather than simply purchasing through layers of distributors.

We work with manufacturing partners selected for their particular expertise, materials and production capabilities. This allows greater control over specification, customisation, quality and value, giving designers and clients access to capability that would otherwise be fragmented across numerous suppliers.

QUALITY & VALUE

Better made. Intelligently sourced.

Our objective is not to find the cheapest version of a product. It is to use manufacturing intelligently — achieving exceptional materials, craftsmanship and specification while removing unnecessary layers from the traditional supply chain.

The result is greater design freedom, stronger specification and better value without compromising the quality of the finished project.

INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY

Made globally. Delivered intelligently.

Hong Kong based and working internationally, Virilli connects design understanding, specialist manufacturing, material expertise, procurement, quality control and international logistics.

Factory communication, sampling and specifications are coordinated through production and quality control. Consolidation, packaging, freight, shipping, customs coordination and international delivery form part of the same considered process.

Whether an individual product or a complete package, each stage is developed around the requirements of the project.
